Refund Policy
1. Infrastructure Subscription Cancellations
All UltraBCopy subscriptions—including self-copy infrastructure slots, Master Trader subscriptions, and platform access tiers—are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscriptions at any time directly from your billing dashboard.
2. Cancellation Effective Dates
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current active billing cycle. You will retain full access to your subscription slots and replication channels until the paid period expires. No mid-cycle or pro-rated refunds are issued for partial months.
3. Master Trader Strategy Subscription Fees
Fees paid to subscribe to Master Trader strategies are non-refundable after the replication sync has initiated. If you wish to stop copying a master, you can pause or unsubscribe instantly. Unsubscribing stops future renewals, but no refunds will be issued for trades already copied or active billing days.
4. Self-Copy flat rates
Self-copy fees ($25/account/month) are non-refundable for active billing periods. Cancellation stops billing at the next cycle, and the connected slot will be deactivated at the end of the paid term.
5. Custom B2B White-Label Contracts
White-label deployment fees are non-refundable once infrastructure provisioning, server deployment, and custom branded builds have commenced. Custom development work is governed strictly by individual B2B service level agreements.
6. Technical Exceptions & Disputes
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including: documented platform-wide system failures that prevented service delivery, billing system errors, or unauthorized fraudulent transactions. Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted to support@ultrabcopy.com within 14 days of the charge.
7. Processing and Timeline
Approved refunds are processed and returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
